Old photographs from the first 50 years of the 20th century covering the north east Somerset communities of High Littleton, Hallatrow and Farrington Gurney. Including photographs of Greyfield and Farrington collieries, Hallatrow railway station and a roadside petrol station (c1933) with one of the pumps displaying a price of 1/5½d (about 7½p), presumably per gallon!
